In my previous role as the Chief Financial Officer of a nationwide construction company, I led diversity initiatives and played a key role in facilitating our leadership development programs. This experience sparked a passion within me for supporting leaders in their growth and development. In 2023, I decided to step away from that position to pursue my interest in leadership development, change management, and the incredible value of diverse teams. As part of this journey, I received a LEAD certification from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and am also a certified Coach by Integral Coaching Canada, Inc.
